| Medical Student Bursaries: |
| If you are a student attending medical school in Ontario, you may be eligible to receive a bursary of up to $2,500 being awarded to former high school graduates from the municipalities of Owen Sound, Chatsworth, Meaford, and Georgian Bluffs. |
| At this point in your medical studies, we are fully aware that you may have no immediate plans to return to our area to practice medicine. We also recognize the commitment it takes to study in this field and the costs you will incur over the next several years. The bursaries given by the Family Physician Recruitment Committee will be distributed annually amongst qualified students. We hope that given the generous support of members of your home community you will remain in contact with us over the course of your studies. The members of the Family Physician Recruitment Committee bring together a wealth of cumulative knowledge and contacts which we hope will be a valuable resource to you in the future. |
